Where are you located?
Our address is 10554 82 ave NW Upper Level. We are located on Whyte Ave, same block as Winners, beside LuluLemon and Vapify, upstairs. We are easy to miss, look up!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We finally decided to let the robots handle our money. You can pay with debit, credit, tap, or cash.
How old do I have to be to get pierced/tattooed?
Minimum age for piercings is 16, but for some you must be 18.
You must be 18 for all tattoos.
You must provide your own valid government issued photo ID. (driver's license, passport, permanent residence card)
We do not take parental consent or allow any other person to sign for you.
Can I bring my ferret/cat/dog/parakeet?
No. The only animals allowed on the premises are service animals and pet rocks. If you come in with a bird stuffed in your coat you will be asked to leave.
Can I use Facebook as ID?
Not unless you’re Mark Zuckerburg. (Just kidding we would still ask for his ID)
The studio is closed today but I need help!
We answer emails, website messages, Facebook private messages, and Instagram DM’s after hours and on days we are closed. If you have questions or need help with your piercing or tattoo send us a message and we will message you back as quickly as we can. We work hard to provide you with the most efficient help that we can even if we are closed. Please be respectful of our staff and be aware that we are working on personal time to assist you as fast as we can.
