Booking an Appointment
How old do I need to be for piercings?
You must be at least 16+ and have valid photo ID with you to get pierced. We do not pierce anyone under the age of 16, even with parent consent, NO exceptions. Some piercings are strictly 18+, NO exceptions.
What should I include in my appointment request?
Please include whether you would like a piercing or a tattoo, which piercing or tattoo you would like to get done, and which date(s)/time(s) you would like to come in. Please note sending a variety of dates will assist your appointment booking as we cannot guarantee availability.
Our hours are Wed-Sun from 12-7

How far in advance do I need to book?
We are currently booking approximately two weeks in advance. This does vary from week to week and can change. Try to book at least one to two weeks in advance in order to secure your spot on your preferred day.
We understand that this wait time is frustrating, especially when you really want something done.
How do I book a piercing appointment?
You can contact us by sending a private message on Facebook Instagram. You can call us during business hours at 587 523 5580 or we can be reached via text at 587 779 9690. We work to answer messages after hours as much as we can and we will always get back to you as soon as we can. In order to make sure that we can answer our messages and requests in the most timely fashion please choose only ONE method of contacting us at a time. Whether you send us an email or a DM we will get back to you as soon as we can. If we haven’t responded in 48 hours please reach out.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You must bring appropriate ID to your appointment. If you have questions about ID please send us a message. Please do not bring a large group of extra friends or family to your appointment. We do allow you to bring one person into the piercing room for support if necessary.
I can’t come to my appointment...what should I do?
We do not have any fees or penalties to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you aren’t able to come to your appointment please give us a call or send us a message and let us know.
We totally understand that things happen, sometimes last minute, but we ask that out of respect for our staff and other clients that you let us know if you are unable to make your appointment.
How do I book a tattoo appointment?
If you know which artist you would like to book with you can send them a message directly via their email or by sending them a DM on Instagram.
